1. Eligibility & Age Verification (Strictly 18+)
Participation on SportyBet (https://en-sportybet.org/) is strictly restricted
to persons of legal gambling age in their respective jurisdiction, and in no event under
the age of eighteen (18) years. By opening an account, depositing money, or wagering on
any market, you warrant that you are legally competent and possess full capacity to
enter into binding agreements.
Any account established by an underage individual is deemed null and void immediately.
All accumulated winnings shall be forfeited, deposited funds refunded after deducting
administrative handling expenses, and notifications submitted to relevant gaming
enforcement departments.
2. Account Registration, Single-Account Policy & KYC
Each player is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) unique SportyBet account
linked to their personal mobile phone number. Creation of duplicate, syndicate, or
phantom accounts to manipulate welcome promotions or bypass staking limits is strictly
prohibited.
SportyBet reserves the right to request proof of identification (national ID, passport,

Boost percentages scale progressively from +5% up to a maximum cap of +1,000% for
accumulator tickets containing 21 to 50 qualifying legs. Voided or canceled fixtures do
not qualify toward booster tier computation.
6. Cashout Feature & Automated Withdrawals
Cashout values fluctuate dynamically in real time based on prevailing in-play
probabilities. SportyBet does not guarantee the availability of the Cashout facility for
every sports event or live market.
